Who can apply for our experience days?

We welcome all ladies who have not yet been our guests and are ready to experience the unique pampering, the real, unadulterated Heiszler experience.

How to apply and what happens after applying?

You can apply simply by purchasing your ticket online. After the application, our coordinators will contact you by phone within 1 working day to arrange an appointment with you. You can then ask your further questions and receive detailed information about the day's schedule.

Can I change the appointment or cancel my participation?

Yes, you can cancel or change your booked appointment no later than 2 working days before the appointment. In this case, the full participation fee will be refunded. Please note that each of our experience days is a special event, so changing the date is only possible to a limited extent, depending on the available places.

What products do we use during treatments?

The Heiszler Salon is committed to using only the highest quality, environmentally friendly and pure ingredients. All products used are carefully selected to achieve the best results while respecting the natural balance of your hair or skin.

Is it possible to apply for additional treatments after the experience day?

Naturally! Our experience days are the perfect opportunity to get to know our services. If you are satisfied with the result, you will have the opportunity to book additional appointments and receive advice on developing your long-term beauty care plan.

What can I do if I am allergic to certain ingredients?

Please let us know your allergies in advance during the consultation so that we can fully take them into account. We take a unique approach to each treatment to ensure your safety and comfort.
